I am an Information Technology Manager with experience leading infrastructure, systems administration, and IT operations within healthcare and manufacturing environments. I currently lead the in-house IT team at Dickson Medical Associates, where we manage the core infrastructure that supports business-critical clinical and operational systems.

My background includes systems administration, virtualization, networking, and security across technologies such as Nutanix, enterprise firewall platforms, and modern networking systems. Prior to this role, I served as an IT Systems Administrator at Tennsco, supporting multi-site operations and maintaining critical infrastructure across nine locations.

I began my career in public sector IT with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, providing large-scale technical support and infrastructure deployments across statewide facilities.
